The internet had some fun on Thursday afternoon when future NBA lottery pick Lonzo Ball unveiled his new signature shoe. Ball's dad, Lavar Ball, has been given a ton of exposure in recent months and a lot of people are still wondering why.
Ball's obnoxious remarks and comments have resulted in very few people taking him seriously. Although the elder Ball appears to be somewhat of a clown, he's made it clear he's all about promoting the family brand and he's done a pretty damn good job at that.
I have no clue how many pairs of the ZO2 sneakers that Big Baller Brand will sell, but if I'm being honest, they're not that bad looking. I'd never wear them and I'd certainly never purchase them at $495 a pair, but I expected them to be much uglier.

Even if you gave me a pair of these shoes for free I'd probably only wear them while mowing my lawn, but there have been former professional basketball players that have put out much uglier shoes than Lonzo Ball.
Kobe Bryant - adidas - Kobe 2
Kobe Bryant has actually had a handful of signature shoes that I've been a big fan of. With that said, the Kobe 2's may be one of the ugliest pair of shoes I've ever laid eyes on. It's like you're wearing spaceship's on your feet.
Michael Jordan - Nike - Air Jordan XV
Latrell Spreewell - Dada - Spinners
No words. The damn shoes have spinning rims on them.
Glen Rice - Nautica - Competition
I had no clue Glen Rice was ever given his own signature shoe. Looking at the what Nautica launched for Rice in 1997, I'd say there was a good reason I never saw these as a child.
Joakim Noah - Le Coq Sportif
Iconic French brand Le Coq Sportif released their signature Joakim Noah show in 2014 when the former Florida Gator had an All NBA 1st Team season. Since then, Noah has turned into a guy that looks as if he doesn't belong in the league. He has since tried to sue the company, claiming that the shoes caused injuries to his feet.
