Talented people can’t overcome bad management, just go look at Bill Belichick when he was in Cleveland. Be patient if you’re Bieniemy or McDaniels. Cleveland is so TOXIC. Even though it’s the last head coaching job left on the market, Colin says talented coordinators like Kansas City’s Eric Bieniemy, and New England’s Josh McDaniels, would be making huge mistakes by taking the Browns offer to simply become an NFL head coach as quickly as possible.

Colin calls the Cleveland job arguably the most toxic in the NFL, and says even the legendary Bill Belichick couldn’t win there.
