(Louisville, KY) - The TopGolf project is moving forward at Oxmoor Center. A fence is now up around the old Sears building.
In June, a circuit court judge ruled in favor of TopGolf in its battle with a group of residents from the nearby City of Hurstbourne.
They don't want the golf entertainment facility near their neighborhood and tried to stop the project. The group is expected to appeal.
