Friday on 2 Pros and a Cup of Joe, Jonas Knox, Brady Quinn and LaVar Arrington wonder if Deshaun Watson regrets not reaching a middle ground with the NFL before Judge Sue L. Robinson recommended a 6-game suspension. Because now, instead of a 12 game middle ground, the NFL is coming back hard, appealing the recommendation, and seeking an indefinite suspension of at least one year and approximately $10M in fines.

Jonas Knox: "Do you believe that Deshaun Watson would rather be suspended for 12 games and get a $10 million fine for be suspended for the entire season with no fine?"
LaVar Arrington: "No fine."
Brady Quinn: "I agree."
Jonas Knox: "I think the money is very important to him in all this. And I don't know if it's because he had to pay out a significant amount with some of these settlements, but I just wonder if the real sticking point was the fine through all of this, and that's why we're at where we're at when it comes to Deshaun. Watson."
LaVar Arrington: "He put himself in this position and the best case scenario for him at this point is any scenario that leads to him having the opportunity to actually return and play the game."
Jonas Knox: "If I were him, and I'm not him because I'm not a weirdo, but if I were him, I would just want this to be over with."
