(Louisville, KY) - A change of plea hearing is set for June 4th in former University of Louisville basketball assistant coach Dino Gaudio's federal extortion case.
Records show a change of plea hearing is set to follow Gaudio's arraignment on the same day on a charge of Interstate Communication with Intent to Extort.
Gaudio is accused of trying to extort money from UofL during a meeting in March by threatening to expose NCAA rules violations after being fired. He's expected to change his plea to guilty.
