(Louisville, KY) - Louisville-based Norton Healthcare is the official health care provider of University of Louisville Athletics.
The two parties announced Thursday that Norton Sports Health will provide medical support for all of the schools nearly two-dozen sports programs.
Norton Sports will provide all sports health physicals, access to Norton's network of doctors and funding for on-site athletic trainers for both games and practices.
Norton officials say they want to help Cardinal athletes perform at the highest level possible.
